Works For Some But Not All Of Us

Clicking on a plane doesnt illustrate "The Red Line" nor does it give you the origin or destination of the flight. Pretty much as others have stated, it shows only the aircraft registration and an option "To Share". Reading through the options section, there is suppose to be two or three other tool settings that may correct this limited app., however when glancing at the download, the photo doesnt show those other tools.

Is there a customer service to explain this abbreviated version of an app. that would otherwise be REALLY cool?
